Construction Manager

 

 As the Construction Manager, we manage all aspects of the project. Typically engaged during the project’s initial design, our overall responsibility is to be the client’s advocate for the duration of the project.

 

During design we help formulate a realistic estimate for the project. As the design evolves, we ensure that all team members remain conscious of this budget. We ensure that valuable time, money, and energy are not spent designing without a fundamental focus on the overall scope and expense of the project.

 

We estimate the overall project timelines and manpower requirements. This ensures that we formulate the right team given the nature and scope of the project. The lack of a construction manager early in the design process is one of the leading causes of  construction overruns, in terms of both time and money. By engaging early, we can help you value engineer your project so that your overall design can be achieved on budget and on time.

 

During construction we create and track the  project schedule and budget while providing daily on site supervision. We are your point person responsible for the successful completion of your project until the project is complete and you are completely satisfied. 

General Contractor

 

  As your general contractor we will often join the team once the plans and specifications have been completed.

 

We may have been awarded the job as a result of competitive bidding, or we can help the client manage the bidding process with our extensive network of qualified craftsmen and tradesmen.

 

We will manage all phases of construction on a total cost or cost-plus basis with our team of dedicated and loyal craftsmen. This role is typically suitable for clients that have the desire and time to manage the administrative, budgetary, and material sourcing aspects typical of larger, more complex projects.
